TERMS OF SUPPLY

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by Autopit Rock Machinery Tools are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST rates (18% for machinery spare parts) unless specifically indicated as GST-inclusive.

2. Fitment & Technical Verification

We supply high-quality aftermarket parts compatible with Epiroc, Atlas Copco, Sandvik, and Tamrock rock drills. Customers are requested to verify machine model numbers, part numbers, and dimensions prior to confirming Purchase Orders (POs). Our technical team provides fitment confirmation upon receiving part photos or nameplate details.

3. Order Dispatch & Delivery Lead Times

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours upon receipt of confirmed payment or Purchase Order.
• Standard Supply Items: Delivered within 1–2 weeks across Pan-India project sites via trusted transport partners.
• Transit Risk & Freight: Unless freight is prepayed as part of the quotation, goods are dispatched on a door-delivery or freight-collect basis as agreed.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Full tax invoices with 100% GST compliance are provided with every shipment. For standard supply, payment terms are advance against proforma invoice or as per agreed credit terms for empaneled corporate vendors.

5. Warranty & Replacement Policy

All spare parts supplied by Autopit carry a standard manufacturing defect warranty. In the rare event of a material or manufacturing defect, notification must be provided within 14 days of shipment receipt with inspection photos. Defective items will be replaced promptly.

6. Jurisdictional Authority

All transactions, quotations, and contracts are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
